KORLOY and Korea Polytechnics Sign MOU to Foster Skilled Technical Talent and Promote Employment Linkage
Donation of Cutting Tools Worth 100 Million KRW… Reinforcing Practical Training On-site
On Friday, June 13, KORLOY signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea Polytechnic University to foster outstanding technical talent and support employment connections for the future of the manufacturing industry.
Through this agreement, the two institutions will cooperate in various areas, including:
· Nurturing skilled talent and supporting employment of outstanding individuals
· Organizing company tours and field training
· Developing and collaborating on joint support projects
· Expanding social contribution initiatives
They plan to cooperate with each other in a wide range of fields.
Along with the signing ceremony, KORLOY donated cutting tools worth 100 million KRW to Korea Polytechnics for students majoring in machinery and mold design to use in their national technical qualification test training. These tools are expected to greatly enhance students’ hands-on capabilities by supporting their training and certification preparation.
CEO Jung-hyun Yim stated, “It is both a responsibility and an investment for companies to actively participate in nurturing future technical talent. Through this donation and partnership, we aim to establish a virtuous cycle where education and industry grow together.”
