KORLOY to present precision machining solutions at SIMTOS 2026
KORLOY, a cutting tool specialist company (CEO Jung-Hyun Yim), will participate in SIMTOS 2026, Korea’s largest manufacturing technology exhibition taking place this April, where it will showcase cutting tool solutions designed for high-precision and high-efficiency machining environments.
SIMTOS 2026 will be held from April 13 to 17 at KINTEX in Ilsan, and KORLOY will be exhibiting at Booth 01A140 in Hall 1 of Exhibition Center 1. At this exhibition, a variety of technologies leading future manufacturing environments will be introduced, centered on “Smart Process Optimization” and “High-Precision Production Technology.”

KORLOY will highlight “precision machining, high-efficiency production, and process optimization” as its core strategies at this exhibition. The company plans to present an integrated machining approach that goes beyond simply improving cutting performance, aiming to enhance both the overall completeness and stability of the entire production process.
In particular, the key focus of this exhibition is a tool lineup optimized for precision automatic lathe (Auto Tools) processes. Automatic lathes, based on sliding head and guide bushing structures, enable stable mass production of ultra-small, high-precision components, and have become a core production infrastructure across industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, and electronics.
KORLOY proposes solutions that simultaneously improve machining precision, production speed, and process stability through its dedicated Auto Tools lineup. The strategy focuses on enhancing the completeness of precision manufacturing through tool designs optimized for micro-feature machining, structures that maintain stability even during long continuous operations, and efficient chip control and cooling technologies.
At the exhibition, key tool lineups applied to Auto Tools processes will also be showcased, including modular adapters, KHP coolant holders, Hexa Blade 19, ISO-type chip breakers, small blades, multi-functional types, and MSB Plus. These product groups are characterized by their focus on maximizing production efficiency through reduced tool change time, improved machining stability, and secured repeatability.

Through this exhibition, KORLOY aims to go beyond simply introducing products and to present the future direction of precision manufacturing systems required by the manufacturing industry.
CEO Jung-Hyun Yim of KORLOY stated, “High-precision and high-efficiency production are becoming the new standard in the manufacturing industry,” adding, “KORLOY will expand the limits of precision manufacturing through tool technology and clearly demonstrate that direction at SIMTOS 2026.”
