KORLOY successfully concluded its participation at the EMO 2025 Industrial Fair held in Hannover, Germany, from September 22 (Mon) to 26 (Fri). The EMO fair is a global event where industry leaders from around the world gather to share innovations in manufacturing technologies and solutions.
KORLOY showcased next-generation industrial solutions that address the evolving needs of global manufacturing environments and introduced a wide range of new products presenting its vision for the future. In particular, the company focused on sustainability-driven innovations in manufacturing, earning enthusiastic responses from visitors. Through this exhibition, KORLOY further strengthened its global network and solidified its status as a leading global brand.
From Seeing to Experiencing: A Living Technology Exhibition
At EMO 2025, KORLOY presented industry-specific solutions under three main themes: aerospace, wind power, and electric vehicles. Visitors were able to explore KORLOY’s new products and solutions tailored to emerging trends such as aerospace and eco-friendly (ESG) industries.
To enhance understanding, the company used interactive demonstration kits, allowing cutting tools to operate in real time. This provided visitors with both visual enjoyment allowing visitors to directly experience and understand how the technologies work

Precision Engineering You Can See – KORLOY’s Expertise
In the materials segment, KORLOY showcased a variety of grades, including:
PC6100 (PVD inserts for cast iron milling), NC3205 (CVD inserts for steel turning), SNC805 / SPC810 (premium turning grades for heat-resistant alloys), PC9540 (inserts for stainless steel milling) Expanded insert models were displayed to allow customers to easily observe and understand chip breaker designs.
Additionally, KORLOY presented a wide range of new products across turning, milling, multifunctional, drilling, and end-milling lines, offering comprehensive solutions for diverse industries and manufacturing environments.

Spotlight on High-Feed Cutting Tools: The HWICK Series
Among KORLOY’s exhibits, the HWICK Series attracted particular attention. This line is specially designed for high-feed machining, delivering exceptional performance under demanding cutting conditions. Optimized for high-speed, high-efficiency processing, the HWICK Series excels across industries such as mold making, large components, automotive, aerospace, railway, shipbuilding, and power generation.
